Shaun Jakeway

Shaun Jakeway is a Client Success Manager at Intapp. In this role, he manages a portfolio of clients and builds strong relationships with key stakeholders. He is also responsible for client engagement and adoption, increasing client satisfaction through working sessions, platform configuration, end-user training and best practice reviews, retention, and growth. Before joining Intapp in 2021, Jakeway worked at Tikit, one of the largest provider of software solutions to the legal sector.
