Tamsin qualified as a solicitor in 1997 with an international law firm and initially specialised in commercial litigation, holding higher rights of audience in the civil courts, before transitioning to focus on risk and compliance. For over a decade, Tamsin has held senior roles in law firm compliance, working across strategic projects, risk management, and change initiatives, as well as providing day-to-day support to the firm’s lawyers, operations teams, and broader business support functions.
