Mark Holman has served as President of Accounting & Consulting at Intapp since 2020, and as Chief Strategy Officer since 2019. Prior to joining Intapp, Holman served as President of Strategy, Investments, and Marketing for Flex, a technology design and manufacturing firm. Previously, Holman served as a partner at A.T. Kearney and PwC, and was the founding Chief Executive Officer of E2open, a SaaS supply chain software firm. Holman received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Kettering University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan.

Peter Scavuzzo is a partner and Chief Information and Digital Officer of Marcum LLP, one of the largest independent public accounting and advisory services firms in the nation. Its offices are located in major business markets throughout the U.S., as well as Grand Cayman, China, and Ireland. Marcum LLP is part of the Marcum Group, an organization providing a comprehensive array of professional services.

Scavuzzo is responsible for creating and executing the strategic technology roadmap across all Marcum Group companies. His current strategic charter focuses on five major points: innovation, digital transformation, customer experience, data analytics and insights, and risk aversion. During his tenure at Marcum, he has played a key role in the firm’s expansion from 2 to more than 30 offices. He has also successfully integrated more than 40 merger and acquisition transactions.

As an executive leader reporting directly to the chairman and CEO, Scavuzzo provides direction in all strategic technology initiatives. He is the firm leader in digital transformation and is a strong advocate of leveraging technology to ensure that the firm maintains long-term viability and competitiveness in a rapidly accelerating technology landscape. The initiatives he promotes are focused on digitally modernizing traditional processes and leveraging technology to drive efficiency and maximize staff productivity.

Scavuzzo is a member of the firm’s executive committee and actively workshops with leaders on technology trends, the firm’s innovative strategies, and how they will impact core business deliverables. He earned his bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and a master’s degree in telecommunication networks from Polytechnic University, now known as the NYU Tandon School of Engineering.

Roger Carlile is the Founder and Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ankura Consulting Group, LLC (“Ankura”), a global business advisory company with more than $550 million in revenue and more than 1,500 employees based in Washington, DC. He has more than 35 years of professional services experience, including more than 20 years in senior leadership positions for both publicly-owned and privately-held businesses.

Carlile founded Ankura in 2014 with the vision of providing senior-level counsel to its clients based on an understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by them. As a result, Ankura offers a wide range of business advisory services focused in the areas of legal, risk and compliance, and corporate strategy and performance.

Carlile’s board and executive leadership positions have included responsibilities for setting strategy, growing and leading businesses, and helping clients overcome complex business challenges involving investigations, litigations, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory issues, reputation management, strategic communications, and corporate restructurings.

Prior to founding Ankura, Carlile served as the Chief Financial Officer at FTI Consulting from April 2010 to September 2014, where he was responsible for the finance, accounting, tax, treasury, and investor relations functions for the global public company. In addition to his position as a CFO, Carlile retained the duties of his previous roles as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Human Resources officer at FTI Consulting. In this capacity, he oversaw the global administrative and infrastructure functions that supported the business and its employees — including facilities, technology, and procurement — as well as all other responsibilities for the global human resources function. Carlile also previously served as the global leader of FTI Consulting’s forensic and litigation consulting practice.

Prior to FTI Consulting, Carlile was the global and Americas Leader of KPMG’s forensic services practice. He also held positions at Pricewaterhouse, Rauscher Pierce Refsnes, and Deloitte Haskins & Sells.

Hartmann holds a degree in service management, system information science, and international management.

Vicki Huff Eckert is the West Region Vice Chair of PwC U.S. and a member of the Global Executive Leadership Team. She is responsible for PwC’s global technology and innovation strategy and leads all aspects of the firm’s assurance, tax, and advisory service delivery and practice development within the west region. Eckert has more than 30 years of professional experience at PwC, during which she has served marquee clients and has held various management positions of increasing responsibility.

Prior to assuming this current position, Eckert founded and led PwC’s New Ventures organization, an in-house incubator that founded PwC’s product business. As the leader of New Ventures, she had overall responsibility for the design, build, and marketing of PwC’s product technology offerings.

Eckert also served in a range of capacities for PwC, having led PwC’s Global technology, media, telecoms, and hospitality industry sectors as well as co-founding PwC’s Silicon Valley Advisory practice. She has strong domain expertise in technology, finance, and cloud, and a long history of merger, acquisition, divestiture, and IPO transactions. She also has an impressive track record of building strong and diverse teams.
