He is an enterprise content management (ECM) architect and delivery specialist, and Microsoft technology expert with insider knowledge from his years working for the company in Redmond, Washington. He knows the continuously evolving Microsoft 365 suite inside out and understands how to maximize its impact in ways that feel instinctive to users. Wilson is a graduate of Queen’s University Belfast, with First Class Honours in Computer Science.
