SMS Through Ring Central
Intapp employees may have a RingCentral account. Through the RingCentral account, Intapp employees can send SMS messages to other Intapp users or external users with SMS capabilities. Intapp employees can choose not to use the SMS feature if they would prefer not to send SMS messages through Ring Central.
Intapp employees must have the consent of the external user to send SMS messages through RingCentral.
Intapp employees may use RingCentral SMS communications to send messages to other employees or external users with SMS capabilities, such as updates on their plans or requests to connect.
If an individual receives an SMS message through RingCentral from an Intapp user, the individual can reply with “STOP” to request that no further SMS messages be sent through RingCentral. The Intapp employee is then obligated to stop sending messages to the individual. Failure to comply with these requirements may result discontinuation of an Intapp employee’s SMS service. The individual may also contact helpdesk@intapp.com to request that the Intapp user stop sending SMS messages through RingCentral.
When Intapp employees receive a RingCentral account, Intapp is aware of the employee’s name and RingCentral information. This information will be used solely by Intapp and will not be shared with any other third party, except where required by law.
Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS messages received through Ring Central by an Intapp user.
