As Intapp’s business grows and evolves, the subcontractors we engage may also change. This includes subcontractors whose services effectively underpin the applicable Intapp product or service (together, the “Critical Subcontractor(s)”) for the purposes of EU Regulation 2022/2554 of 14 December 2022 on digital operational resilience for the financial sector (“DORA”). This page (“DORA Critical Subcontractors Page”) identifies the applicable Critical Subcontractor(s) with respect to the applicable Intapp product or service listed and only for the purposes of DORA.

Critical Subcontractors listed are also sub-processors, and as such, changes concerning sub-processors, including the addition of new sub-processors who may be Critical Subcontractors, will be reflected on Intapp’s Sub-processor Page in accordance with the terms of the Agreement; provided further, Intapp will reflect applicable changes to Critical Subcontractors, including any additions of new Critical Subcontractors, from the Sub-processor Page that are applicable to Critical Subcontractors on this Critical Subcontractor Page.
