A veteran of the strategy consulting industry, Les Moeller has served clients for more than 20 years by helping consumer products and retail companies develop new business models to drive growth and reduce costs. His work focuses on building his clients’ capabilities to generate revenue through marketing, pricing, and channel management effectiveness, and designing and implementing growth and innovation strategies. Moeller has extensive experience working with the world’s leading consumer products companies, having led projects with more than seven global consumer products companies to improve their sales and marketing effectiveness. He currently serves as the Chair of the Consulting Advisory Board at Intapp.
Moeller most recently served as the Vice Chair of FTI Consulting’s North and South America region, and was a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Moeller also led PwC’s Advisory Retail and Consumer practice globally as well as Strategy&’s business globally. Previously, he led Strategy&’s North America business as well as the Consumer, Media, and Digital practice, and was instrumental in the startup and success of the firm’s marketing and sales service offering. Prior to joining Strategy&, Moeller worked in the packaged goods industry, primarily with Procter & Gamble, where he developed the brand architecture to double the sales of NyQuil (including LiquiCaps and DayQuil) and launched Citrus Hill Plus Calcium, one of the first functional drinks.
Moeller’s publications include the strategy+business magazine article, “Smart Customization: Profitable Growth Through Tailored Business Streams,” and the book The Four Pillars of Profit-Driven Marketing: How to Maximize Creativity, Accountability and ROI. In 2009, Consulting magazine honored Moeller as a Top 25 Consultant.
Scott GanelesSenior Partner
Scott Ganeles is a Senior Partner at WestCap Group. Previously, Ganeles was the CEO of i-Deal from December 2000 until it merged with Hemscott in 2006 to form Ipreo Holdings. Ganeles became CEO of Ipreo after the merger and continued in this role until August 2018. Prior to Ipreo Holdings, Ganeles was President and Co-Founder of Carson Group from June 1990 to September 2000. Ganeles received a bachelor’s degree in political science from Brown University.
Ralph Baxter joined the Intapp board in 2021. He previously served as a director of the Intapp operating subsidiary, Integration Appliance Inc., from 2016 to 2021. Baxter regularly advises law firms, legal technology companies, and corporate law departments on their strategies and execution and emerging models for improved delivery of legal service. From 1990 to 2013, Baxter served as Chairman and CEO of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, a leading global law firm, and launched numerous transformative initiatives during his tenure, including the creation of Orrick’s Global Operations Center in Wheeling, West Virginia, and changes in the firm’s talent and pricing models. Baxter is a member of the Legal Advisory Board of LegalZoom, a Senior Advisor and member of the Advisory Board of the Stanford Law School Center on the Legal Profession, a member of the Advisory Board of the Harvard Law School Center on the Legal Profession. Baxter received his bachelor’s degree in History from Stanford University and a J.D. from the University of Virginia.

His clients include some of the largest U.S. financial institutions as well as telecommunications giants and leading automotive, food, and product manufacturers.
Harmon has more than 20 years of experience communicating complex information to juries in federal and state courts. Companies often call on him to “parachute” into high-exposure cases shortly before trial, and he has won verdicts in some of the most difficult, pro-plaintiff venues in the U.S.
Harmon formerly led McGuireWoods’ Business & Securities Litigation Department. His business litigation practice spans complex commercial, fraud, class action, insurance fraud, complex business and civil tort, environmental, product liability, employment, construction, toxic tort, and federal- or state-protected whistle-blower cases. Harmon has extensive experience with high-profile investigation involving sensitive issues relating to sexual and racial harassment and discrimination, whistleblowers, and other violations of federal and state law.
Chris Williams joined Avesi Partners in 2021 after more than 30 years of experience in private equity and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Williams co-founded Harris Williams, a premier international middle market M&A advisory firm, before joining a leading private equity firm, BDT & Company.
