Jose Lazares serves as the Senior Vice President of Product and Business Management at Intapp. A product marketing executive with experience building, delivering, and selling software and technology platforms that transform enterprises, Lazares possesses deep expertise in defining and communicating product vision, positioning complex technical solutions, creating innovative business models, building go-to-market programs, and evangelizing products to customers, partners, developers, and employees. Prior to joining Intapp, Lazares served as Senior Director of Product Strategy and Business Development for Cloud Software Platforms at Cisco Systems. He earned a bachelor’s degree in political economy from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA in marketing and supply chain from Harvard Business School.

Jill Nelson

Caitlin “Cat" Moon

Director of Innovation Design

Caitlin “Cat” Moon teaches the Program on Law and Innovation (PoLI) at Vanderbilt Law School, where she also serves as the Director of Innovation Design and directs the PoLI Institute, Vanderbilt’s innovation-focused executive education platform. In addition to co-organizing Music City (Nashville) Legal Hackers, Moon co-founded the Summit on Law and Innovation (SoLI), which brings together experts across legal, technology, and other disciplines in collaborative legal innovation projects.

Moon currently teaches Legal Problem Solving, a course in human-centered design for law, as well as Law as a BusinessBlockchain and Smart ContractsLegal Operations, and Leading in Law. She also serves on the leadership team of the Medical Innovators Development Program at Vanderbilt School of Medicine, and is part of the Radiological Sciences faculty, where she brings cross-disciplinary experience to innovation across medicine and the law.

Moon regularly speaks, facilitates workshops, and coaches individuals globally on the application of human-centered design methods and processes to realize innovation in both the legal profession and legal education. Before joining Vanderbilt Law (her alma mater), she practiced law for nearly 20 years and maintains an active law license.

Natalie Loeb

With more than 25 years of experience in talent development and executive coaching, and known as an innovative business leader and strategic partner to her clients, Natalie Loeb is the founder and CEO of Loeb Leadership Development, a certified woman-owned business enterprise. Recognized as a thought leader on leadership within the legal world and regularly approached for her developed expertise by a variety of organizations, Loeb helps organizations succeed by building a high-trust culture that inspires employees to change, collaborate, grow, and perform at their best.

Loeb and her team tirelessly partner with their clients to clarify firm aspirations and coach and train the next generation of highly effective legal and administrative leaders, managers, and teams using intuitive emotional intelligence and expansive business experience. Loeb is passionate about offering creative and customized approaches for individual business needs, and is eager to participate in endeavors where lawyers are encouraged to move out of their comfort zones, demonstrate agility, leverage diversity, and choose a growth mindset to lead inclusively.

Loeb previously worked at the global law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom for more than 10 years in the Human Resources department. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the State University of New York at Albany and a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Baruch College in New York City. She also holds numerous certifications, and is currently concluding her coursework for her PCC certification with the International Coaching Federation.

Jacob Parks

Partner, COO, and Managing Director

Jacob Parks is the COO of Profitable Ideas Exchange (PIE), and has led growth and operations in the company for 17 years. Parks headed the research team on How Clients Buy, interviewing more than 100 rainmakers at expert services companies, including consultants at Accenture, McKinsey, Baker Tilly, Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, and KPMG.

Parks moderates a peer group of middle-market consulting firm CMOs, including CLJ, AT Kearney, Segal, and Simpson Thatcher. Additionally, he has facilitated executive roundtable discussions on behalf of CFOs and COOs representing the largest companies across the globe.

Parks has taught as an adjunct professor of business at the Jake Jabs School of Entrepreneurship at Montana State University where he did his undergraduate work. He is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at Gonzaga School of Business. Parks has published research in academic journals on the topic of driving successful innovation in large corporations.

Parks serves on the board of the Spokane Community Colleges Foundation. He and his wife live in Spokane, Washington.

Mitch Zuklie

Mitch Zuklie serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Orrick. Under Zuklie’s leadership, the firm has pursued a strategy to become a leading advisor to the global technology and innovation, energy and infrastructure, and finance sectors. Financial Times named Orrick the Most Innovative Law Firm in North America in 2016, 2017, and 2018. Fortune also selected the firm among the “100 Best Companies to Work For” 3 years in a row.
Named by Chambers USA as an “eminent practitioner,” Zuklie is an experienced business and legal advisor who has completed hundreds of venture capital financings and numerous public offerings, mergers, acquisitions, and licensing transactions. Jennifer Leonard is Penn Carey Law’s Chief Innovation Officer and Executive Director of the Future of the Profession Initiative (FPI). She advances the law school’s cutting-edge educational and thought leadership efforts by developing projects that educate law students and alumni about the skills and knowledge lawyers need to thrive in a rapidly shifting professional landscape.

FPI additionally identifies opportunities to engage Penn Carey Law students and creative thinkers from across disciplines in designing solutions that make broader legal systems accessible to clients and civil litigants. Leonard teaches Innovation in Practice: Design Thinking for Legal Professionals.

Before assuming her current role, Leonard served as Associate Dean for Professional Engagement and Director of the Center on Professionalism at Penn Carey Law. She previously served as Chief of Staff to the City Solicitor of Philadelphia, as well as a litigation associate with a Center City Philadelphia law firm and as a judicial law clerk.

Leonard graduated from Penn Carey Law in 2004 and from Penn State University, with high honors, in 2000.

Nigel Riley

General Manager, Risk and Compliance Solutions

Nigel Riley leads the risk and compliance solutions business at Intapp. He is responsible for setting strategy and driving growth for Intapp risk products, which address the unique challenges facing financial and professional services firms. Prior to joining Intapp, Riley served as Chief Operating Officer of JP Morgan Chase’s global conflicts function, where he led strategic and technology initiatives. In all, he spent 15 years working in various technology and COO roles within JP Morgan Chase’s investment banking business in London, Hong Kong, and New York. Riley earned his bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Birmingham, and certification from Pragmatic Marketing.

Pam Smith

Pam Smith leads corporate positioning initiatives for Intapp and oversees the product marketing organization. Smith has held marketing strategy and business advisory roles within the technology industry for more than 25 years. She was a partner at Regis McKenna, and has served as a consultant for global industry leaders including Cisco, Xerox, IBM, and a wide variety of successful early-stage technology companies. She most recently created the initial marketing plan for Looker, which was acquired by Google for $2.7 billion. She also led the category-creation and public-filing efforts for Anaplan’s successful IPO. Smith currently serves on the advisory board of several early-stage technology companies. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Harvard University, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
