The Rainmaker Genome Project is a first-of-its-kind scientific study of 1,800 professional and financial services partners. Conducted in collaboration with DCM Insights, the study investigated:
- The different profiles of business developers and how they perform relative to one another
- The skills, behaviours, and time spend that make these top performers unique among their peers
This unique study has unearthed fascinating and somewhat unexpected results. These findings help us better understand the ways in which firm leadership can create and sustain a more high-performance business development culture.
