CPA and consulting firm selects Intapp Integrate to migrate and synchronize files to Box
Bellevue, Washington and Palo Alto, California, October 20, 2016 – Intapp, a global leader in software for professional services firms, today announced that Clark Nuber PS, a CPA and consulting firm headquartered in the Seattle Metropolitan area, has implemented Intapp Integrate to help manage the firm’s migration to a cloud-based document management system (DMS). Clark Nuber decided to move its DMS to Box to securely manage, share and archive its files, after evaluating 10 different options. During the planning process, the IT team decided to run the firm’s existing DMS in parallel with the new Box-based DMS for several months, rather than suddenly cutting over.

Running both systems in parallel rather than resorting to an old-fashioned cutover is allowing us to train users over a longer period of time, providing our busy accountants with more flexibility in transitioning to the new system on a realistic timetable.
