Haven Capital, a real estate finance platform, has selected DealCloud to track relationships, deal flow, and investment processes. Founded in 2020, Haven Capital was formed by Ares and Regis Group, and is based in New York City.

Haven Capital tailors the ground lease structure depending on the specific asset class and transaction structure.
