Intapp acquires Billstream from Wilson Allen
Next-gen prebilling automation and workflow enhances Intapp Operations & Finance Suite, creating a complete work-to-bill solution for professional services firms
PALO ALTO, Calif. — June 13, 2022 — Intapp (NASDAQ: INTA), a leading provider of cloud-based software for the global professional and financial services industry, announces that it has acquired Billstream, a prebilling automation and workflow solution, from legal operations specialist Wilson Allen. Relabeled as Intapp Billstream, the solution leverages advanced technology to simplify the preparation and validation of prebills and proforma invoices, enhancing the Intapp Operations & Finance suite to create a comprehensive billing and time tracking software solution.
Intapp Billstream brings digital transformation to the billing process, addressing its current manual approach. The solution ensures accurate, efficient sharing of timekeeping data, client requirements, and budgetary information across billing teams, fosters dynamic collaboration, and maintains audit trails during the prebill cycle. Using this modern, cloud-based solution, billing teams can confidently produce more accurate bills, accelerate prebill and billing processes, improve realization, align value creation and client needs, and bolster client relationships.
