Jessica leads the change management proposition within Intapp Strategic Consulting, working closely with professional services firms to accelerate cross-functional adoption of innovative, technology-enabled ways of working. Her additional experience spans operating model development, organizational design, and large-scale program governance. Prior to joining Intapp, she spent several years in PwC’s people and organization advisory practice, supporting clients across a number of industries with multifunctional business services transformation programs.
