Lisa Leong

Chief Executive Officer

Former corporate lawyer Lisa Leong is the host of the ABC Radio National show “This Working Life.” She is also CEO of Ohten APAC, helping professional services firms develop deeper relationships with their strategic clients. Leong considers her superpowers to be curiosity, creativity, and delivering key messages by way of song.

Leong draws on her broadcasting experience combined with human-centered design and mindfulness practices to bring a fresh approach to intentional conversations, called “Empathy Interviewing.” Her work and unique approach have been the subject of a Harvard case study as well as her TEDx talk, “Can Robots Make Us More Human?”

Leong is a graduate of the Customer Focused Innovation Program, offered through a partnership between the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design, also known as d.school. Leong received her bachelor’s degree in science and law from the University of Melbourne, and studied radio broadcasting at the Australian Film Television and Radio School.

Meg Block

Vice President, Risk Consulting

Meg is a recognized thought leader, bringing more than 25 years of management consulting experience to professional service firms. She joined Intapp in 2014 and began its risk management consulting practice, which focuses on risk-oriented process reviews and design of enterprise-wide risk management programs. Before joining Intapp, Meg was a shareholder at Baker Robbins & Company and a senior manager in the Price Waterhouse Law Firm Services Group.

AJ Ratnaparkhi

Director of Product, OnePlace Risk & Compliance

AJ currently serves as the Director of Product for OnePlace Risk & Compliance at Intapp. In this role, AJ directs the product and engineering teams to build best-in-class solutions to provide value to lawyers while reducing law firm risk. With more than 8 years of experience in product strategy and launch, AJ has a deep understanding of UI and UX and how to collaborate across teams to deliver solutions with the best possible end user experience. AJ holds a bachelor of engineering degree from Mumbai University, and a master of information system management degree from Carnegie Mellon University.

Michael Bierut

Partner and Senior Critic in Graphic Design

Michael Bierut is a partner in the New York office of the international design consultancy Pentagram, where his work includes brand identity, book design, packaging, and environmental graphics. His clients at Pentagram have included The New York Times, Saks Fifth Avenue, The Robin Hood Foundation, MIT Media Lab, Mastercard, Slack, the New York Jets, the Brooklyn Academy of Music, and Verizon. As a volunteer to Hillary Clinton’s communications team, Bierut designed the H logo that was ubiquitous throughout her 2016 presidential campaign.

Bierut has been a senior critic in graphic design at the Yale School of Art and a lecturer in the practice of design and management at the Yale School of Management. A book on his work —  How to Use Graphic Design to Sell Things, Explain Things, Make Things Look Better, Make People Laugh, Make People Cry, and (Every Once in a While) Change the World — was published in 2015 by Harper Collins. His collection of new essays, Now You See It, was published in 2017.

Jose Lazares

Senior Vice President, Product and Business Management

Jose currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Product and Business Management at Intapp. A product marketing executive with experience in building, delivering, and selling software and technology platforms that transform enterprises, Jose possesses deep expertise in defining and communicating product vision, positioning complex technical solutions, creating innovative business models, building go-to-market programs, and evangelizing products to customers, partners, developers, and employees. Prior to his role at Intapp, Jose served as the Senior Director of Product Strategy and Business Development for Cloud Software Platforms at Cisco Systems. Jose holds a bachelor of arts degree in political economy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a masters of business administration in marketing and supply chain from Harvard Business School.

Caitlin “Cat" Moon

Director of Innovation Design

Caitlin “Cat” Moon teaches the Program on Law and Innovation (PoLI) at Vanderbilt Law School, where she also serves as the Director of Innovation Design and directs the PoLI Institute, Vanderbilt’s innovation-focused executive education platform. In addition to co-organizing Music City (Nashville) Legal Hackers, Moon co-founded the Summit on Law and Innovation (SoLI), which brings together experts across legal, technology, and other disciplines in collaborative legal innovation projects.

Moon currently teaches Legal Problem Solving, a course in human-centered design for law, as well as Law as a BusinessBlockchain and Smart ContractsLegal Operations, and Leading in Law. She also serves on the leadership team of the Medical Innovators Development Program at Vanderbilt School of Medicine, and is part of the Radiological Sciences faculty, where she brings cross-disciplinary experience to innovation across medicine and the law.

Moon regularly speaks, facilitates workshops, and coaches individuals globally on the application of human-centered design methods and processes to realize innovation in both the legal profession and legal education. Before joining Vanderbilt Law (her alma mater), she practiced law for nearly 20 years and maintains an active law license.

Natalie Loeb

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

With more than 25 years of experience in talent development and executive coaching, and known as an innovative business leader and strategic partner to her clients, Natalie Loeb is the founder and CEO of Loeb Leadership Development, a certified woman-owned business enterprise. Recognized as a thought leader on leadership within the legal world and regularly approached for her developed expertise by a variety of organizations, Loeb helps organizations succeed by building a high-trust culture that inspires employees to change, collaborate, grow, and perform at their best.

Loeb and her team tirelessly partner with their clients to clarify firm aspirations and coach and train the next generation of highly effective legal and administrative leaders, managers, and teams using intuitive emotional intelligence and expansive business experience. Loeb is passionate about offering creative and customized approaches for individual business needs, and is eager to participate in endeavors where lawyers are encouraged to move out of their comfort zones, demonstrate agility, leverage diversity, and choose a growth mindset to lead inclusively.

Loeb previously worked at the global law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom for more than 10 years in the Human Resources department. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the State University of New York at Albany and a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Baruch College in New York City. She also holds numerous certifications, and is currently concluding her coursework for her PCC certification with the International Coaching Federation.

Nigel Riley

General Manager, Risk and Compliance Solutions

Nigel leads the risk and compliance solutions business at Intapp. In this role, he is responsible for setting strategy and driving growth for Intapp risk products, which address the unique challenges facing financial and professional services firms. Prior to joining Intapp, Nigel served as COO of JP Morgan Chase’s global conflicts function, where he led strategic and technology initiatives. In all, he spent 15 years working in various technology and COO roles within JP Morgan Chase’s investment banking business in London, Hong Kong, and New York. Nigel earned his bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Birmingham, and holds certification from Pragmatic Marketing.

At Thomson Reuters, Tacone held various leadership positions as a Senior Vice President.

Chris is a Practice Group Leader for the Marketing and Business Development group where he collaborates with firm leadership, helping to implement next-generation CRM strategies. With more than 20 years of CRM experience across the areas of sales, marketing and product management, Chris helps professional services firm leaders improve performance through focusing on combination of process, technology and change management.  Before joining Intapp, Chris served in various roles at LexisNexis InterAction, a legal CRM as well as Manager in Accenture’s CRM consulting practice group.
