Joe Pensa

Practice Group Leader for OnePlace Marketing & Business Development, Accounting and Consulting

Joe Pensa works for the Accounting and Consulting team at Intapp as the Practice Group Leader for OnePlace Marketing & Business Development. He has more than 20 years of experience leading digital transformation efforts in professional services organizations.

As a digital evangelist, Pensa is constantly pushing forward new technologies that transform business. Before joining Intapp, Pensa served as the Sales and Marketing Technology Leader at Marsh McLennan, where he set the foundation for a Sales and MarTech Center of Expertise. He also previously served as the Senior Marketing Manager of Global Operations at Oliver Wyman, where he helped develop operational strategies to enable marketing processes and support the organization’s horizontals practice growth. Pensa received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Central Connecticut State University.

Daragh McLaughlin leads Intapp’s Risk and Compliance Practice for EMEA. With over 16 years of experience with law firm applications, he joined Intapp in 2013 and has since worked with clients across Europe on risk and compliance process improvement, including business acceptance, conflicts, AML/ CDD, management of outside council guidelines, and information security.

Josh Clark

Vice President, Sales Engineering

Josh Clark has served as the Vice President of Sales Engineering at Intapp since 2019. Clark helps professional and financial services firms identify and establish opportunities to leverage advanced technologies to realize real and material benefits. His unique background in managing enterprise applications across the entire value chain at both small and large companies coupled with product management experience at startup and market leaders enables a very pragmatic and results-driven engagement.

Clark previously served as the Vice President of Industry Value Engineering at SAP. He received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from San Jose State University, and earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Strategy from the University of California, Berkeley.

Jill Nelson looks after the business end of OnePlace Operations & Finance, including Intapp Time, Intapp Pricing, and the intersections of those products with Intapp Terms. She combines 20 years of legal tech experience across finance, product management, and product marketing with a strong affinity for analytics to offer a multidimensional approach to providing Intapp clients and stakeholders solutions that make a meaningful impact on their firms.

Eric Nerland

Practice Group Leader, Risk and Compliance

Eric Nerland is a Risk Practice Leader for Intapp Client Services. Nerland has held several roles in his time at Intapp, including leading product management for business acceptance and risk products. Prior to joining Intapp, Nerland spent 13 years in strategic roles at Thomson Reuters focused on serving professional service organizations in risk and compliance.

Ryan McCrosson

Director, Strategic Consulting

Ryan focuses on the on the development, refinement, and collective understanding of broader partnership strategy including designing and executing the transformational components required to achieve these strategic goals. Prior to joining Intapp, Ryan was a practicing attorney in the federal trials and appeals practice. Thereafter, Ryan joined KPMG’s strategy and transformation group developing the strategies and driving end-to-end transformations for large government initiatives and scaled global partnerships.

Lavinia Calvert leads the marketing and business development solutions business at Intapp, focusing on serving the technology and information needs of professionals in the legal, accounting, and consulting sectors. Calvert brings a deep and diverse base of international business experience spanning the fintech, media, and legal sectors. She has held a number of executive leadership roles in the U.S., Japan, Australia, and New Zealand, including Chief Marketing Officer at OnePlace prior to its acquisition by Intapp in May 2019, Chief Marketing Officer at IP law firm AJ Park, and Vice President Asia Pacific and Executive Vice President Strategy and Marketing at Reuters Media. Calvert has a bachelor’s degree in Business and post-graduate honors in Marketing from Massey University.

James Edwards

Client Experience Director, OnePlace Risk & Compliance

James is the Client Experience Director for OnePlace Risk & Compliance. James joined Intapp in 2012 following an extensive career in the legal field, having worked more than 15 years at various firms including Squire Patton Boggs, Jones Day and Baker Botts. Throughout his time in the industry, James has focused upon the area of risk management with specialization in new client intake and conflicts management. During his tenure at Squire, James managed a team of over 80 risk professionals and undertook the implementation of firm-wide policies and practices for intake, conflicts, anti-money laundering, audit letter response, regulatory compliance, records management and docketing.

Natalie Papaj

Senior Manager, Global Communications and Public Relations

Natalie specializes in internal and external communications and has 15 years experience in the technology market. At Intapp, she leads media relations, social media, analyst relations and internal communications. Natalie earned her bachelor of science degree in journalism from West Virginia University.

Sharon Scenna is the Senior Solutions Management Director for the OnePlace Operations & Finance team at Intapp. She has nearly 25 years of experience in the legal industry, helping leadership and attorneys advance strategies surrounding pricing, profitability, innovation, practice management, client service, and business development. Scenna provides a broad perspective to client service, revenue, and profitability enhancement efforts from her experience in leading pricing, marketing, and practice management teams. She has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from King’s College and a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from LaSalle University.

Warren Knowles

Vice President, Product Management

Warren Knowles is the Vice President of Product Management at Intapp. He has been with the organization for 13 years. Knowles previously served as Practice Manager at OpenText and Technology Manager at Zelle Hofmann. He received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.

Alan Conway

Practice Group Leader, Operations and Finance

Alan Conway is the Practice Group Leader for the Operations and Finance Practice at Intapp in EMEA. Conway serves as a subject matter expert and advisor for both clients and the business, leveraging his extensive knowledge and experience working with dozens of firms on financial and operational projects. Prior to Intapp, Conway was a member of the management team at Rekoop, responsible for revenue growth, before its acquisition by Intapp in January 2016.

Pierre Gentin

Global General Counsel

Pierre Gentin is Global General Counsel of McKinsey & Company. He was previously a partner in the law firm of Cahill Gordon & Reindel, and a managing director at Credit Suisse in senior legal and risk positions. He also served in the U.S. Department of Justice as Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York.

Gentin is a trustee of the Practising Law Institute, the Touro Synagogue Foundation, and Princeton University’s Center for Public Policy and Finance. He has also served on many of the World Economic Forum’s global agenda councils.

Gentin co-edited a book on the mediation of complex financial services disputes. He has lectured for many years at law and business schools in both the U.S. and Europe, and currently teaches ethics at the Wharton School of Business. Gentin attended Princeton University and Columbia Law School.
